Refund policy

Damaged in Transit Policy:  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the painting (canvas or paper) was damaged in transit, please save the box and send images to rb@rachelbrownart.com and we will make sure you get a replacement ASAP.  

Return Policy: 

Each one of our paintings and prints are made to order and are one-of-a kind, so all sales are final. In the event of a damaged shipment or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right and send you a replacement and coordinate the return of the damaged item. You can always contact us with any other questions regarding your shipment by emailing rb@rachelbrownart.com
